We are a mixed side, formed in 2005, and practise in St. Katharine's Church, Irchester in Northamptonshire, from where we get our name.
Originally we created our own set of dances but as we developed as a side we also adopted a number of traditional dances, generally in the Cotswold tradition. We are currently developing a set of Border style dances to enable us to offer two distinct dance styles.
We welcome new members so if you fancy trying something a little different, enjoy music and dance and like the idea of dressing up then why not come along and share in the fun! Musicians and Dancers welcome. We meet most Thursday evenings for a practice in the church, starting at 7.30, finishing around 9.00.
